Enlighten is an infrared sauna studio and wellness boutique located in Bethel, CT. Our mission is to create and promote better health and wellbeing for all!

Our studio features three, private sauna rooms that feature Sunlighten full spectrum saunas. We offer two types of sessions, one standard (50 min) and one express (25min). Each sauna is equipped with a customizable tablet that fits your needs.

Target your program based on your own goals. Are you looking to detox the heavy metals out of your body? Sore muscles and inflammation unbearable? Just want an hour to yourself to wind down and reset? You can even set the control to how hot you would like it. (We set our saunas at 140 degrees). Make the time in the session about you. Sit in silence, meditate, play some Pandora, or turn on Netflix and watch a show. Whatever your liking is, the ultimate goal is to experience the best self-care possible.

We also have a small boutique in the front of the studio that showcases a variety of wellness products. Each product has been carefully curated from some of the top companies in the wellness industry. Books, CBD skin rubs, eye brow serums, jade rollers, and skin care merchandise are just a few of what we offer.
